At Clover Resources, we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We provide recruitment consultancy services to both companies and individuals embarking on a new career path. This policy outlines how we process any information we may collect from you or which you provide to us. 

You are invited to read the information carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will use or process it. 

Over the course of our interactions, you may provide us with information by corresponding with us by phone or email or indeed in person. You are invited to only disclose as much information as is relevant or necessary to fulfill the requirements of the recruitment process.

By embarking n your career journey with Clover Reources or seeking employment through Clover Resources, you may provide us with your CV, information related to your career, a cover letter, your name, email address, contact number(s), addresses etc. 

When expressing an interest in a role with Clover Resources, you are asked to only disclose information relevant to your career ie, in the interests of personal privacy, please omit disclosing additional sensitive and personal information such as medical history, weight, height, gender, political or religious beliefs or interests or financial information. 

Clover Resources may share your personal data with any other staff member of Clover Resources. We may also share your information with selected third parties including:

Business partners, suppliers and subcontractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with either of these parties or you, the candidate.

We will keep your information for no longer than is permitted or required. The time periods for which we retain your information varies depending on the purposes for which we use it and the type of information. 

Any candidate/potential employee record is kept for no longer than two years after our last point of contact.

A prospective employee record is kept for the duration of the recruitment process, and twelve months after as legally required.

A client and supplier record is kept until such time as the client / supplier informs Clover Resources to remove their specific information from our database. 

You not be aware but you have the following rights:

The right to access the information held about you at Clover Resources.

The right to have us remove/delete any and all information held internally at Clover Resources about you in circumstances such as where it is no longer necessary for us to hold the information for your use or our services or if you have withdrawn your consent to the processing this information.

The right to require us to rectify any inaccurate information about you without undue delay. 

The right to object to us processing information about you.

The right to ask us to provide your information to you in a portable format or where technically feasible, for us to port that information to another provider, provided it does not result in a disclosure of information relating to other people.

The right to request any restrictions of the processing of your information.
